The winner will be the one who gets it bang on, or nearest to it. They will win £5 PLUS the successful bet if bang on, or £5 if they are the nearest.

Phil posted the numbers up on the Sunday so it was a quick comp made up on the spot but it had to be done before the draw was made the following night at 7.00 so no one had the advantage of seeing the draw.
