Cheltenham Festival 2015 Comp Rules

SELECTIONS

Each member is required to select a horse from each of the races and post this on the daily thread for that days racing.  

No NAP's are required however you will be given 3 x JOKERS to use throughout the week where you will score double points for that race.

Members selections will be accepted up until time of the 1st race of the day and may only be edited up to this time.

SCORING

Simply, if there are 10 horses in the race and yours comes last you earn 1pt. If it wins you score 10pts.

Any races with less than 10 runners the last horse home scores 1pt and a point is added for each place ahead of this.

Dead Heats get the points for the higher place.

Bonus points will be scored for Winners and Placers as per SP.  

All Winning horses score 3 x SP (Odds Rounded up for Scoring purposes).

All 2nd Placed horses (Where applicable) score 2 x SP (Odds Rounded up for Scoring purposes).

All 3rd and 4th Placed horses (Where applicable) score 1 x SP (Odds Rounded up for Scoring purposes).

Non-Runners are replaced with the SP Fav. (Jt Favs Lowest racecard Number)

Fallers, Unseated Riders, Run Outs or Pulled Up's score 0pts.

Winner = 50% of Pot
2nd = 25% of Pot
3rd = 15% of Pot
4th = 10% of Pot

Hodgy89 and a mate of Frankies are in too but agreed its disappointing to carry these on comp after comp but you cant make people play

Actually it's not a bad percentage of members who do post,we enjoy it anyway

Phil, your opening page doesn't fit on the screen. Is it due to the 'line break' you put in with the dots?

He told me he's having Internet problems at the moment when i posted some GG teams up for him.

It was working fine but since they did the maintenance its gone massive
